環(huán)糊精(Cyclodextrin,簡(jiǎn)稱CD)的主要性質(zhì)和發(fā)展歷史
環(huán)糊精(Cyclodextrin,簡(jiǎn)稱CD)是直鏈淀粉在由芽孢桿菌產(chǎn)生的環(huán)糊精葡萄糖基轉(zhuǎn)移酶作用下生成的一系列環(huán)狀低聚糖的總稱,通常含有6~12個(gè)D-吡喃葡萄糖單元。其中研究得較多并且具有重要實(shí)際意義的是含有6、7、8個(gè)葡萄糖單元的分子,分別稱為alpha -、beta -和gama -環(huán)糊精。

環(huán)糊精的發(fā)展歷史
1891年-20世紀(jì)30年代:發(fā)現(xiàn)環(huán)糊精,并成功分離出α環(huán)糊精、β環(huán)糊精和γ環(huán)糊精。
20世紀(jì)30-70年代:系統(tǒng)研究環(huán)糊精及其包合物階段。
20世紀(jì)70年代至今,環(huán)糊精化學(xué)研究進(jìn)入鼎盛時(shí)期。利用化學(xué)修飾或酶法修飾的方法將取代基引入環(huán)糊精分子中,對(duì)其理化性質(zhì)加以改進(jìn),大力開展環(huán)糊精在醫(yī)藥、食品、化妝品和分析化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究。目前許多修飾環(huán)糊精都已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)商品化生產(chǎn)并投放市場(chǎng)。
